How Reliable Kitchen handles your enquiry, project documents and private access to design proposals.
Selecting files or reviewing your form does not send anything. Choosing Send Enquiry saves your details and selected documents to the restricted enquiry database.
Project enquiries
The form collects your contact details, role, project information, message, consent and optional plans. Submitted information is used to review and respond to your enquiry. Authorised administrators can view the enquiry and record follow-up notes.
Project documents
Submitted plans are stored privately for authorised staff. Remote design processing will only be used after the workstation is connected and the project is authorised. Eight proposals must be reviewed by our team before sharing. Private project access uses an email verification code and can be revoked.
Display photographs
The photographs shown in the gallery were supplied for website display. Customer names and project addresses have not been attached. Publication is controlled by the website administrator.
Cookies and website operation
No advertising or analytics integrations have been added. Essential cookies support administrator sign-in and private project access. Customer access lasts up to eight hours and ends when the project link expires or is revoked. Hosting providers handle request information needed to deliver the website.
Storage and your choices
Netlify hosts this website and Turso stores enquiries and uploaded documents in a restricted database. These providers process information outside New Zealand; the database is located in Tokyo, Japan. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry and documents. We assess requests against ongoing project needs and applicable retention requirements. Deletion from active storage may not immediately remove provider backups.
